Purchase Terms

Before making a payment, you must agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete the payment on the HryProDva.cz site.

1. Payments

Payments may only be made from the payment account that authorized the payment. It is not allowed to make payments on behalf of other users or from third-party payment accounts. Payments for multiple users from one payment account or for one user from an excessive number of payment accounts are prohibited unless expressly authorized by HryProDva.cz. Violating this rule may result in the blocking of the payment account on the HryProDva.cz site and the cancellation of all user accounts that used this payment account for purchases.

2. Purchase

Items purchased on HryProDva.cz are delivered in digital form. You explicitly consent to the provision of the purchased services or delivery of digital content at the moment the order payment is made in the HryProDva.cz store, before the cooling-off period for withdrawing from the purchase contract expires. In such cases, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

In certain situations, HryProDva.cz may verify the identity of the user who made the payment if this measure is necessary to authorize the transaction. HryProDva.cz also reserves the right to cancel any purchase or item purchased at its sole discretion if it believes you have violated this agreement or acted contrary to its terms.

Virtual currency can be used for purchases on the HryProDva.cz website, which you can obtain as a prize in competitions, as a reward, or by purchasing it. This virtual currency is not real currency and cannot be exchanged for other currencies, withdrawn, exchanged, or refunded. The use of virtual currency may be restricted where required by law. HryProDva.cz reserves the right to deduct virtual currency balances from users who have been inactive for more than 12 months, even without prior notice.

3. Refunds

All purchases are final, and HryProDva.cz does not provide refunds. You acknowledge and agree that none of the services provided are exchangeable for money nor can they be refunded, and all services are solely for entertainment purposes. It is not allowed to sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the services to other users.

You further agree that you are not entitled to a refund if your access to the services of HryProDva.cz is terminated, or if you decide to stop using the services. Attempting to cancel the payment may lead to the blocking and removal of your account.

4. Fraudulent Payments

You agree that in the case of an unauthorized payment cancellation or unauthorized refund, you will be obligated to pay the outstanding amount to HryProDva.cz. In such cases, payment details may be published on the HryProDva.cz site until the outstanding balance is settled. In exceptional cases, legal actions may be initiated by HryProDva.cz to settle the financial debt.
