Complaints

1. Filing a Complaint

If the services purchased in the HryProDva.cz game store do not meet their conditions or show defects, the user can file a complaint by sending a notice via email to info@hryprodva.cz. The user is required to justify and prove the validity of their complaint.

2. Resolving the Complaint

In the case of a defect that can be fixed, the user has the right to have it repaired free of charge. HryProDva.cz is obliged to fix the defect within 30 days of filing the complaint. If the defect cannot be fixed and its nature does not prevent usual use, the user can request an appropriate discount on the price or withdraw from the contract. The complaint period is calculated from the second day after receipt until the complaint is resolved. After resolving the complaint, HryProDva.cz will notify the user of the resolution by sending a notice via email.

3. Withdrawal from the Contract

The user can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of concluding the contract. This provision does not apply to services whose performance began at the user's request before the withdrawal period from the purchase contract has expired.
