Please carefully read the following terms. These terms of use represent a binding contract between you, as the end user, and HryProDva.cz. Your use of our website means that you agree to become a party to this agreement, commit to complying with these terms, and respecting our rules. If you do not agree with these terms, the only solution is to stop using the HryProDva.cz website.

1. General Terms

However, you may encounter inappropriate or prohibited material or undesirable behavior from other users, and therefore, you use the services of HryProDva.cz at your own risk.

3. Account Registration

Registration on the website is completely free. By registering, you acknowledge that these services are intended exclusively for personal use. The use of any programs or services to change IP addresses is prohibited. Each user is allowed to have only one account.

HryProDva.cz reserves the right to immediately and permanently block access to services in case of a violation of these rules. A unique username and password are required for login. You are fully responsible for protecting and keeping your password secure and for all activity associated with your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach that you become aware of. You acknowledge that the confidentiality of data and messages transmitted while using the services cannot be guaranteed.

4. Account Cancellation

You agree that HryProDva.cz may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account or access to the services without providing a reason, especially if there is suspicion that you have violated this agreement or acted in a manner inconsistent with its terms. HryProDva.cz also reserves the right to terminate the provision of services or any part of them, with or without prior notice.

You acknowledge that any blocking or termination of access to the services under this agreement may be done without prior warning. Furthermore, you agree that HryProDva.cz is not responsible to you or any third party for any termination of access to the services.

5. Contribution Policies

You alone bear full responsibility for your behavior while using HryProDva.cz services, as well as for all content (texts, information) that you send, post, or display on HryProDva.cz. Defamation, insults, rude behavior, harassment, threats, slander, impersonation, intimidation of other users, or any conduct that harms HryProDva.cz is prohibited.

It is prohibited to upload pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content, as well as material that incites intolerance. Sending unsolicited messages, notifications, or promotional materials to other users is also prohibited. Furthermore, uploading files containing harmful code such as viruses, worms, or other malicious scripts, or files that could perform undesirable actions on any device without the user's explicit consent, is prohibited.

6. Purchases

Items purchased on HryProDva.cz are delivered in digital form. You explicitly consent to the provision of the purchased services or delivery of digital content at the moment of payment for the order in the HryProDva.cz game store, i.e., before the expiration of the withdrawal period from the purchase agreement. In such a case, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

In certain situations, HryProDva.cz may verify the identity of the user who made the payment if this measure is necessary for transaction authorization. HryProDva.cz also reserves the right to cancel any purchase or purchased item at its discretion if it believes you have violated this agreement or acted in violation of its terms.

For purchases on the HryProDva.cz website, virtual currency may be used, which you can earn as a prize in contests, as a reward, or by purchasing it. This virtual currency is not real currency and cannot be exchanged for other currencies, withdrawn, exchanged, or refunded. The use of virtual currency may be restricted where required by law. HryProDva.cz reserves the right to deduct the balance of virtual currency from users who have been inactive for more than 12 months, even without prior notice.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final, and HryProDva.cz does not provide refunds. You acknowledge and agree that none of the provided services are exchangeable for money or refundable, and all services are for entertainment purposes only. It is prohibited to sell, rent, or otherwise transfer services to other users.

Furthermore, you agree that you have no right to a refund if your access to HryProDva.cz services is terminated or if you choose to stop using them. Attempting to cancel a payment may result in the blocking and removal of your account.

8. Content License for HryProDva.cz

By sending messages, comments, and other texts, posting information, or participating on the HryProDva.cz site, you grant, without compensation, a permanent, non-exclusive, unlimited, and worldwide license that includes the right to use, copy, adapt, transfer, publicly publish, display, and further license third parties to use any of the above-mentioned rights related to the content. These rights also include rights concerning ownership, including copyright, intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, or patents under any applicable legislation.

9. Use of Information

If any change is not acceptable to you, you agree that your only option is to cancel this agreement between you and HryProDva.cz. Continuing to use the HryProDva.cz site means your binding agreement to the changes made in this agreement.

12. Terms of Service Agreement for HryProDva.cz

These terms of use represent an agreement between you and HryProDva.cz regarding the services provided and replace all previous or current agreements, whether in electronic, oral, or written form, between you and HryProDva.cz, which are expressly revoked. A printed version of this agreement and any electronic notice is acceptable for legal and administrative matters based on or related to this agreement, to the same extent and under the same conditions as any other document or record in originally printed form. The terms of this agreement were sent to you along with a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract to the email address provided during the registration of your user account. The contract concluded between HryProDva.cz and the user is kept on HryProDva.cz for the duration of the services provided to the user and will be made available to them upon request. The contract can be concluded in Czech or English, depending on the language version of the HryProDva.cz site selected by the user. In case of a dispute over the interpretation of terms, the interpretation of the contract in the Czech language shall apply.
